Certificate of Good Conduct for Employment Visa application

In line with the latest updates from General Directorate of Residency and Foreign Affairs, we would like to inform you that starting 31 January 2018, a Certification of Good Conduct will be a mandatory requirement to apply for a UAE Employment Visa.  

The certifacte should be issued by the applicant’s country of origin or the country where he/she has been living for the past five years. Furthermore, it should then be authenticated by the state's mission, as well as the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.

The certificate will only be required for the individual applying for a UAE Employment Visa and not his/her dependents or those coming to the country on visit or tourist visas.
