NEW IT CLIENT TRANSACTIONS COUNTER IN RAKEZ SERVICE CENTRE – AL NAKHEEL

As part of our ongoing efforts to provide you with streamlined and faster services, we are pleased to inform that we have opened a dedicated counter for all IT transactions and applications in RAKEZ Service Centre – Al Nakheel, Business Centre 1, in our Business Zone.
 
Starting from 19 January 2020, you can approach IT Service Desk in counter no. 7 for a range of services, including:

  • New telecoms applications for new IT subscribers
  • Telecoms service upgrades for existing subscribers
  • Pre-sales / clearance inquiries about RAKEZ IT services
  • Billable IT service requests (e.g. call reports request, router configurations, email backup, etc.)
  • General RAKEZ IT services consultancy

 
We hope that with this initiative, we will be able to serve you in a better way.
