This is an exclusive offer for RAKEZ clients only; all companies availing this rate should have a valid RAKEZ trade licence.
Payments are accepted in cash only and will be collected at RAKEZ Park Operations Department in RAKEZ Service Centre – Al Hamra
RAKEZ may request additional documents to ensure that all tickets are utilised directly by the company.
In case of misuse of tickets, penalties will apply – penalties might include financial fines, hold of additional ticket issuance, and/or reporting to the necessary authorities for legal action.
In case of loss of ticket, the client must report it immediately to RAKEZ Park Operations Department along with a letter explaining the case.
